10 things you could add to your glamping site

10 things you could add to your glamping site.

There are lots of activities you could add to your site to attract more visitors.

Here are a few suggestions to help get you started-

Farming tours:

Activities vary seasonally, but may include petting chicks and rabbits, bottle-feeding lambs, meeting piglets, milking and shearing demonstrations, tractor rides and feeding the farm animals.

Hot Tub:

The outdoors setting and the peace and quiet of the countryside, a hot tub in the great outdoors can’t be beat.

Fire Pit:

Nothing adds a better atmosphere to a glamping trip than a good campfire. It makes a great focal point for your group to gather, hang out and relax, provides heat and light, and perhaps you can toast some marshmallows.

Outdoor Fun:

If you have spare land use this to add some outdoor games for the kids to run around.

Walking and Cycling Trails:

Provide some route cards and maps of local walks.

A Climbing Wall:

Climbing is the perfect activity for families and groups. They create challenges designed to improve communication or add an element of competition to see who can get to the top of the wall first.

Watersport’s:

A scenic location to enjoy a boat trip, or something more energetic such as kayaking will make the perfect glamping site.

Fishing:

Fishing is one of the most popular participation sports with millions of people taking part and many people like to enjoy this relaxing hobby whilst on holiday.

Birdwatching:

Over 450 different bird species have been recorded in Ireland, making it a very exciting and interesting country for birdwatching.
